1. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The present general conditions of sale apply to all the orders placed on FluxBot's Discord Shop page & free/paid Cloud Hosting on everything related to FluxCloud. The customer declares to have taken knowledge of the present general conditions of sale before placing an order. The validation of the order implies acceptance of the present general conditions of sale.
2. Payments
The payment of the products is made by credit card, paypal or any other payment method on Discord available in your country (PaySafeCard, etc). The customer guarantees that he is fully authorized to use the credit card for the payment of his order and that this credit card gives access to sufficient funds to cover all the costs resulting from the use of the services of FluxBot. By purchasing a subscription on the FLuxBot's Discord shop page, you agree that you have paid for the entirely duration of the subscription.
3. Refunds
No refund will be made after the purchase of a product on the FluxBot's Discord Shop page or on PayPal for the Cloud Hosting. All sales are final and no refund will be made after the purchase of a product on the FluxBot's Discord Shop page or on PayPal for the Cloud Hosting. If you request a refund, your request will be denied beacause by purchasing a product on the FluxBot's Discord Shop page or on PayPal for the Cloud Hosting, you agree to the terms and conditions of FluxBot.
4. Client's responsibility
The client must fournish the necessary information for the proper execution of the order. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to Discord payment system gateway.
5. Delivery
The delivery of the product is made by opening a ticket on the Discord Support Server. The delivery isn't made automatically after the purchase of the product. Please be patient, the delivery is made within 24-48 hours after the purchase of the product.
6. Subscriptions prices
The prices of the subscriptions are indicated in euros/dollars all taxes included. The prices of the subscriptions can be modified at any time by FluxBot's Team. The prices of the subscriptions applicable to the customer are those in force on the day of his order.
